I was checking the client's Vital signs and testing her for HIV and Syphilis at the Bolgatanga hospital, Ghana.

I have embarked on my third community service.

I have worked at the pediatric ward in Bolga Regional Hospital during one of my clinical schedules. During that time, I realized some mothers could hardly buy diapers to change their children and children usually cry over snacks because they see other children eating snacks and they wish to have some. That is why I thought of saving up some money to buy something some small diapers and snacks to put smiles on these little children and their mothers.
